    • Receive a confirmation call to verify order, payment details, shipping and to answer any questions you may have.
    • E-mail invoice - receive an e-mail invoice containing a secure payment link. By accessing the link you are able to enter your payment information. You DO NOT have to have an account to pay your invoice.  Approved transactions will immediately appear.  E-mail invoices expire after 14 days

Gift Certificates - are available in your desired amount for hairpieces, wigs, products, accessories, cosmetics, makeovers and packages.. I am happy to mail certificates to your desired location with a personal note from you.

    Not sure what is best for you.  I can assist you with some information from you. Simply fill out and submit the  Cosmetic Profile Form. All information will be kept confidential, I only use this information to help you select the best colors, skin care products, and packages that best meet your needs.

Hairpiece & Wig Return Policies

Because of the nature of the item we sell hairpiece & wig sales are final and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.  All sales are final.

We take pride in all the products we sell. If the product you received has a factory defect, we will be happy to exchange it with the same item. If you feel the item is defective, contact your consultant right away and describe the problem.

If you feel the product is defective, enclose a copy of your invoice. This is necessary to identify you in our computer system.

Items must be unused, be in the same as "new" condition with hair net, all tags attached, and all packaging materials.

Unused - Even if the wig was only tried on we are unable to resell the wig as new, therefore, we are unable to offer a exchange. All items will be inspected by our expert return/exchange department. So items must not be combed, brushed, contain hairspray, or contain any other external odors.

The hairpiece/wig  must be sent back to us with confirmation by the shipper USPS or UPS etc, within 3 business days of your receipt of item.

Please understand we have the right to refuse your opinion. In which case you will be contacted.  We have the right to refuse credit for any items returned  where the original integrity of the items may have been compromised. Therefore, all returns must be in its original as shipped condition. Under any circumstances, returned/exchanged items must not be cut, altered, or damaged.

We do not suggest you reorder until the matter is cleared.  Sorry, no refunds.

Hairpiece & Wig Order Changes

Due to the custom color & style selection and ordering process, any changes or cancellations to an order once it has been placed results in the purchaser being liable for 50% of the total bill, plus any credit card or check processing fees.
